CoachingSCEMEO HR provides individual and group coaching in the fields of management, organization, human relations, communication and sales, offering you solutions that aim to improve performance in your company insofar as its tools and its employees are concerned. Coaching is a form of support for the development of autonomy, the aim being to improve efficiency, increase adaptability to new situations and help with decision making or problem solving. Through a process of listening and questioning, the coach throws new light on real-life situations which helps clarify scenarios and needs with an aim to assist in coherently defining and implementing a project. This approach generates significant developments in behaviour and efficiency.. The coach has a supporting role in the research and application of solutions, whilst offering the necessary objectivity for choosing between options to enable appropriate decision making.
