Patrick is the founder of SCEMEO Consultants, a consulting firm specialized in organization, management and business generation.

In this role, he conducts missions that span auditing, streamlining organizations and teams, defining, reviewing and activating strategies, accelerating change and providing change coaching. He also is involved in transition management missions and in the implementation of the operational solutions he proposes.

Patrick PROBONAS has held senior positions in French and international groups. He also participated in the creation of companies and successfully established their place in their respective market. His renowned business and managerial skills, his precise assessment of market trends in various sectors (transport, energy, public services, banking, etc.) have enabled him to generate significant volumes of business and to conduct missions of change coaching for principals such as SAS Institute and Capgemini.

His approach is to put into action all the necessary means and levers for the optimum operation of the target company and for growth in their turnover and profits, while respecting and enhancing the fundamentals of the client company.
